You exercise vulnerable courage in opening your heart to let God sanctify you via this cranky little old bitty, not once, but again and again. You go looking for Him. You find Him. You permit God to scour, renovate your heart, speaking His remodeling, cleansing into your heart, mind. Yay! Another Romans 8:28 moment! I’ve been living this every day as I journey with my husband through his last days, hours. Not in the same way or the same buttons but just lessons showing me how He uses the hardest circumstances to mold us into sons and daughters who can better reflect His grace and glory. Thanks be to God for the time He gives us so that we, like dogs and their people, can start resembling our Master!
